Ergon task will be: to acquire the unsold apartments Sporting Mirasole; to ensure the conditions of protection for those families which, in accordance with certain parameters, they can not buy their own accommodation obtaining the security of tenure for rent, to put in Free-sale housing market prices, to manage the transitional stage of administration of the district.
The tentative agreement signed by both parties will now be scrutinized by both the General Assembly of the tenants to be held, probably in mid-January 2008, both Colliers International, the advisor who the mandate to manage the disposal of ENPAM.
Where such an agreement got the green light by spring 2008 can realistically be concluded notarial deeds and current tenants of Sporting will finally become owners.
The key steps include pre-specified in clear conditions for the renewal of leases for families who are not able to buy and a price per square meter ranging from 1350 € to 1475 € depending on the number of buyers .
The preliminary agreements between parties are now also requires that allocated 5.5 million euro
for extraordinary maintenance of the common areas (roads, sidewalks, gardens, fences, power stations).
